Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is permanently free and comes with 8 starter credits so you can try Concept Mode and judge the quality before paying — no credit card required. Top up anytime with a paid plan or a coupon.
How many renders do credits get me?
A production (Render Mode) image costs 7 credits; a concept image costs 2–6 credits depending on the model. So 100 credits is roughly 14 production renders or up to ~50 quick concepts. Unused credits stay on your account.
Is my work private?
Yes. Your uploads and renders are private to your account and are not used to train any models. Projects are stored securely and only accessible to you and people you explicitly invite.
What is Client Memory?
Client Memory is our proprietary context engine. It allows the AI to remember specific material palettes, site constraints, and stylistic preferences across multiple sessions.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel your Pro or Studio subscription at any time through the workspace settings. You maintain access until the end of your billing cycle.
